Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Vissu at vissu.co, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Vissu lets you build a personal page at vissu.co/your-name. You arrange widgets such as a profile, projects, images and social links, and anyone with the link can view the result. We may change, pause or remove features at any time.

Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with your Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for that account and for everything done through your Vissu page.

Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

Your content and our license to display it

You keep ownership of what you add to your page, such as text, images, project details and links. Pages are public by design: anything you add can be seen by anyone, so do not publish anything you want to keep private.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process (for example, convert images to WebP), and display your content as needed to run the service. This license ends when you remove the content or your account, apart from short delays for deletion and backups.

You promise that you have the rights to what you publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vissu to publish or do any of the following:

• Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or content that is harmful or sexually exploitative.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or malware.
• Impersonating another person, brand or organization.
• Interfering with the service, scraping it abusively, or trying to access other people's accounts.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

Page addresses and reclamation

Page addresses (slugs) are first come, first served. Some names are reserved for the service. We may reclaim or change an address that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is abusive, or is held without use, and an address is not property you own.

Intellectual property

The Vissu name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service as intended.

Termination

You can stop using Vissu at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the service or other people. To have your account and page removed, message us on X at @0xvargs_.

Disclaimers

Vissu is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost. We are not responsible for content published by users.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Vissu after a change, you accept the updated terms.
